Shipping, Refunds, and Returns Policy


We currently ship all orders from warehouses around the United States to customers located within all 50 United States and Puerto Rico.

Because our inventory is stored in multiple locations around the country, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

All shipping options come with tracking numbers, which are automatically added to your order once shipped.

Please note that available shipping options depend on your shipping address within the United States.


      Please note that all custom items as well as items marked for clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.

      Please also note that all shipping costs and donations to charitable causes are nonrefundable.

      Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Outside of this window, we regret that we will not be able to refund any purchases.

      To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

      To request a refund and/or return eligible items:

      Log in to your account by clicking the account icon in the menu at the top of the page or the link below to look up your past orders and request a return for eligible items. You will have the ability to add a note and reason for the return request.

      Once we receive your request, we will send you a notification confirming your request along with further instructions about how to return your eligible items.

      Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed by your financial institution.


      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
